Notes :  "Fairytale" - "Little Sister" - "How Great Thou Art" - "Early Morning Rain" and "Can't Help Falling In Love" were released on the RCA album "Elvis In Concert". "Early Morning Rain" on the original broadcast was from this show , but the RCA album used the 21 June 1977 Rapid City performance !
