Issued in 2004 by BMG (Thailand) to promote the upcoming CD.
This is an original BMG Thailand CD release. The artwork is almost the same as all other version of this one. The main difference is: A hole is drilled trough the barcode! The CD is excactly the same (artwork), but in the CD ring of the disc is printed: "Promotion - Not For Sale".
Even if there is no "made in..." notice on disc, you can see on the IFPI code, that the CD was pressed for BMG by "Two Dimension Manufacturing, Thailand".
