The 8 CDs from the so called "Flash Series" were
released in 1987 and 1988 as special price CDs.
A striking feature of the series is the overlapping front cover in the shape of
a flash.
These are often first editions, and we find, for example, differing recording
formats in "Loving You" and "King Creole", which were corrected in later
editions.
All "Flash CDs" were manufactured in Germany for the European market.
Nowadays, it is a valuable collector's series.
