Release notes:
"The Frank Sinatra Timex Show: Welcome Home Elvis" was a television special an
the ABC Television Network.
The show was reconled live at the famous Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, Florida,
and was aired an May 12, 1960.
With an audience at approx. 50 million, the show became the top-rated show of
the year and that of Frank Sinatra's 21-year career of television specials.
The show featured ELVIS PRESLEY in his first televised appearance after his
return from the army.
This CD contains the entire show, various interviews - plus more - in a fully
restored and remastered audio quality.
Every effort has been made to achieve the best possible sound, however, priority
has been given to the historical content of the original acetate recordings and
material.
