Standing Room Only was planned to be released in 1972 and was officially announced on the single "An American Trilogy" in April 1972. But it never happened.
Standing Room Only was also the working title of a documentary of Elvis on the road. This would be released as Elvis On Tour, later on in 1972.

This is a special collector edition housed in a 7" (17,5 cm) triple-fold-out cover.
