Issued in 2004 by the fanclub of the Czech Republic as a promotional CD.

Comes in a white cardboard sleeve with a young Elvis printed in brown.  At the left site the title is printed in brown letters. In the left corner is printed the catalog number. In the upper right corner is printed "Radio promo - Not for sale - OSA\BIEM. At the back of the cardboard sleeve is seen a different picture from a young Elvis, the tracks , the text "Elvis Presley With Scotty And Bill", the catalog number aswell the praise : "Radio promo - Not For Sale " printed in brown lettering. The cd itself shows the original Sun label.
