This is the third Brazilian promo release and is also presented in a slim jewel case. This release only has the front cover. The artwork is similar to all other promotional releases from Rubberneckin'. The word: "Promocional" is printed on the inside of the frontcover. The CD itself is totally black with some white and gold lettering. On the left side of the spindle hole, Elvis' name is printed in white print. On the right side is the title track, the catalog number VP 0741 and the BMG/RCA logo.
