corner, it states: “Promotional Use Only. Not For Sale”. The back insert depicts
a full color picture of Elvis on the left side of the insert. The 16 tracks are
printed on the right side in black print. In the lower left corner, it also
states: “Promotional Use Only. Not For Sale”. The back insert also contains the
following logos: RCA Victor, RCA and Sony BMG. The CD itself is a picture CD
which is actually a reprint of the front cover. It also contains the RCA Victor
logo. Across the top it states: “Promotional Use Only. Not For Sale”.
|Note:||Based on the known worldwide copyright requirements
regarding the logos printed on this release, this release is probably a fake
promo release and never issued by BMG.|
t is a strong indication that a CD is a fake, if the IFPI mould code (with this code you can identify the pressing plant) is scratched out (or no ifpi code is used). On no genuine CD the ifpi code is scratched out! Don't pay too much for it!
The design and fonts used on this release is very similar to the promo CDs from BMG Asia and China. Again, as a result it is not possible to determine the authenticity of this release. However, it does not show up very frequently on the collectors’ market.
