Issued in 1993 by BMG Records (U.K) Ltd. To celebrate The King’s 58th Birthday and to re-promote the “From The Heart” CD.
This CD was issued in a plastic see-through sleeve with no picture cover. The plastic cover contains a sticker from RCA / BMG stating : “To celebrate Elvis Presley’s 58th birthday. RCA are re-promoting “Elvis - From The Heart” backed by major TV advertising. Don’t Forget Radio 2’s Elvis Special on the Ken Bruce show on 8th January”. The CD itself is a silver disc with black print. The title is printed at the top , the RCA / BMG logos are printed on the left and the song title is printed at the bottom of the CD. The statement “For Promotional Use Only” is printed at the bottom of the CD as well. This is a very had to obtain CD and not very well known about even among Elvis collectors !
