This is the very rare original first pressing of this sampler cd ! This raretie was withdrawned within a week when they finded out that this 5 track sampler has a barcode on it ! When you take a closer look than you will see that they pressed the second pressing with some differences !
 
You can see first of all , under Elvis' his name , the words : ELVIS 30 #1 HITS instead of : 30 #1 HITS !
The second different is : under the tracklist , you see that they give more information than on the second pressing !
As third :  the writing under Elvis' his name on the cd stands also : ELVIS 30 #1 HITS instead of : 30 #1 HITS !

Issued in 2002 by BMG EU to promote the 30 #1 Hits CD.

This is 5-track CD comes in a slim jewel case. The front cover contains the half face shot taken from the commercial release from the rear cover. The only print on the front cover is as follows : “Elvi1s - 30 #1 Hits - Album Sampler” in white and gold print. The inside of the insert contains the track listing of this promo release. The catalog number and RCA / BMG logos are also printed along with the famous warning : “Promotional Use Only - Not For Sale”. In addition , it also states that this disc is playable on PC’s only using the software contained on this disc and the requirements are listed. There is also a black label with white print attached to the jewel case. The label reads : “Mixed And Mastered From Original Master Tapes For Optimum Sound Quality”. The CD itself has a black background with white and gold print. The title of the CD is printed across the top of the CD label. In the lower part of the CD label, the titles of the tracks on the CD are listed and the RCA / BMG logos are printed. Along the edge of the disc the catalog number and the warning phrase : “For Promotion Only - Not For Sale”, are printed.
