Perfect For Parties - Highlights Album
Issued in 1993 by BMG Germany as an In-House promotion.
This 7 track in-house promo CD was produced exclusively for RCA executives. It features the entire content of the 1956 “Perfect For Parties” promo EP where Elvis introduces selections from various RCA records from that era. It also contains a bonus track , which is an interview taped in Munich , Germany in 1959. The front and back covers duplicate the original EP from 1956. The insert includes a track listing plus a short synopsis by Klaus Schmalenbach on the background behind the original release. In addition, the following warning is also printed: “For Private Use Only - Not For Sale - not for broadcast”. The CD itself is black with silver print showing the old RCA logo , the EP’s original catalogue number and the track listing plus a print of “NOT FOR SALE”.
