Description: | Contents : You Belong To My Heart - Marguerita - El Toro. Issued in 2000 by BMG Mexico to promote the musical legacy of Elvis to Mexico. This is the third release in the “Elvis Le Canta A Mexico” series. Like the previous two volumes , the front cover shows a copy of a color profile oil painting done by Mr. Edgar Montes de Oca. The painting shows a young Elvis wearing a plain white shirt and a jacket. The inside of the insert contains a short synopsis behind the series and this release. It also contains a color picture of Mr. Edgar Montes de Oca with the painting at the art exhibition at Graceland in 1999. The back of the insert shows a picture of Elvis from King Creole. It also states in Spanish that this CD is limited to 1,500 copies. A close up of the picture used on the cover is also used under the see-through tray holding the CD. In addition , the back cover lists the tracks and shows a close up picture of Elvis from 1958. At the bottom of the cover it states : “Disco Promocional. Prohibida Su Venta.” The BMG and RCA logos are also printed. 1500 copies were pressed. The CD itself is a picture disc showing an action shot of Elvis from the 50’s utilizing different shades of blue. The disc also contains the BMG and RCA logos. Along the side of the disc , it states : “Disco Promocional - Prohibida Su Venta”. | |||
