Super Rare "In House" promo picture disc. With "Sample" on disc. This was the first Elvis picture disc and the very first Sampler. Very few copies were pressed.

One of the rarest Elvis CDs in the world. It is a full color picture disc of Elvis wearing his famous gold lame' suit with the word "Sample" at the bottom of the disc. No-one really knows for sure if this was a special in-house promo or a bootleg. It is my view that it is an in-house pressing, because the matrix number on the disc matches the 1985 fifth pressing, even though RCA claims they have no knowledge of this particular item. But irrespective of whether or not it is a bootleg or promo, it is still extremely collectable and very valuable.

Now we are sure that this CD is a big hoax! Made by some buffoon, who clued a foil about a standard CD.
The only way it can be explained that there exists pressures from different years! According the matrix number, we know releases from 1985, 1986, 1987 and 1989.
