This is truly a rarity. It is not the CD in this card sleeve, but it is the package. The CD itself is the same as the pink / purple 3" inch CD that comes with one of the four TV Guides.
The package is a fold out 6" inch cardboard sleeve and is a true rarity. The cardboard sleeve promotes 'Elvis By The Presleys' two hour special and 'ELVIS' a four-hour miniseries. On the inside they have written: 'SAMPLE DISK IN SLEEVE' The 3" inch CD is inside and comes attached to a 6" inch cardboard that simulates a 45 rpm and an insert memo from TV Guide Vice President Klaus Gunn.
