Collectors note:

At the bottom of the box you can see it was made for release in England and France, but for some unknown reasons it appears in Austria too.
These Vol. 2 box-sets are a mess regarding the contains. They are surely made of available stockroom material and only if necessary to fulfil orders - also new pressings.
Some boxes came with black discs - some with silver - and the Austrian also with a mix of both.
