However, the bonus CD was a complete Elvis Album titled 'Great Hits of 1956-57'.
The 4-CD set - 'Heart And Soul Of Rock 'N' Roll' - is a USA made / released
box set. If the set was available in Canada too - we don't know..
The single CD - 'Great Hits Of 1956-57' - was available in Canada 1991 without an IFPI number - and again in 1996 with IFPI 6000,
