On "Hound Dog" is a cut, the first seconds are missing. There is also a cut in "Big Hunk O' Love".
It is possible that the two songs come from the "Dinner Show" and were inserted
here.
This is simply a reissue of an old SR label CD from 2007 and a VV label DVD
from 2016.
To get people to buy it, it has been packaged with various odds and ends. This
(unnecessary) publication also comes in two versions.
